Senryu
Destitute dog
Snoozes on the graveyard’s lawn
But leaves at sunset
Senryu
The Carob tree’s fruit
Strong elongated and black
Cotton pickers’ hands
Senryu
On a vacant beach
A bottle of suntan oil
Can be seen for miles
