Vaqueros

On the pampas of Argentine, everyone has
got a horse, they are not posh people playing
at being farmers, talk about self-sufficiency,
keep ducks, miniature goats, wear cool jeans
and a cute, little donkey as a pet

Here they are all gauchos, riding a horse is
no big deal, like riding a bike is for us; and
they are not above eating horseflesh. They
work for a rancher who has a trillion cattle
destined for the hamburger market.
